To expand the restaurant, Bella Italia had to move due to lack of space, but it should not lose its warmth and family charm.
The combination of contemporary design and vintage elements – like the mirrors on the ceiling, collected at flea markets, and the old piano – makes the guests feel as if they were invited to dinner at Maria´s house without sacrificing professional service. In addition, the bigger space offers the pos-
sibility to sell Italian specialties and wines, using ceiling-high shelves.
